Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Grostack's website, platform, and mobile applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties and Scope

Grostack Ltd provides software for fitness professionals and their clients. Coaches are business customers of Grostack. Clients access services through coach-managed accounts.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Billing and Access

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If a business subscription lapses, platform access may move to read-only mode until billing is restored.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Coach Data Processing Agreement

If you register as a coach/business customer, you agree to the Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") made available on request to business customers at info@grostack.com. The DPA forms part of these Terms for coach accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive use.
• No attempts to bypass security or access controls.
• No infringement of third-party rights.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update features, security controls, and integrations. We may modify these Terms and will update the date above when material changes are made.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability and Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited under the commercial agreement applicable to your account.

10. Google Integrations

Google integrations are optional and activated only when a user chooses to connect their Google account. By connecting, you authorize Grostack to access and use approved Google API scopes to provide requested features such as calendar booking sync and document workflows. You can disconnect Google integrations at any time from account settings.

Our handling of Google API data is governed by our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
